The Association held its first annual general membership meeting on October 27, 2009, at which time a Board of Directors was elected to run the organization.  The 14-member Board consists of 7 Head Start/Early Head Start Directors, and newly elected members consisting of 4 staff, 2 parents and 1 community representative.  The following individuals comprise the new Board of Directors:
